Inspiring The Future
The Connect Trade Network (CTN) is a resource community that provides training to Teenagers, Youth and Startups in underserved communities via our digital skill and capacity building training. Our flagship program called Youth Future Development (YFD) involves series of stages (learners to leaders IT training, Resume building, Career development, access to our resource mobile app) aimed at improving the wellbeing and literacy of participating underserved student learners (Teenagers, Youth and Startups).
CTN is registered and operates as a non-profit in Ghana (West Africa) and United States (501c3). As the organization utilizes available resources to overcome daily life challenges and improve well-being of communities; our projects are outlined through CTN health solutions, CTN education provision, and CTN women empowerment wing respectively overseen by committees.

Why Connect Trade Network
Ghana Trade Exhibition
CTN® organizes large trade shows each year in various cities and countries. Our biggest event; Ghana Trade Exhibition- GTE is aimed at bringing together exhibitors from various countries. Members of CTN® are given priority in booth registration. Members of CTN® also get travel opportunities to attend and participate in trade shows internationally.
Youth Future Development - YFD
Youth Future Development is an initiative by the Youth & for the Youth. YFD is an action driven impact by Connect Trade Network to equip the youth with resources that will aid in securing a career. This initiative involves training the youth in soft skillsets and personal development through career building workshops. We then connect youth to jobs and help them access these job opportunities via our mobile application platform – CTN 360.
Career & Job Training Training Seminars
Quarterly seminars aimed at bringing together members and other stakeholders for capacity building sessions and training on Marketing, Operations, Intellectual Property, Compliance, Corporate Development, Emerging Technology, Enterprise IT, Media and Entertainment software.
CTN 360
CTN 360 is an all-rounder mobile app designed to give users a platform to connect with members of the organization, collaborate on projects and events as well as utilize services provided by other institutions. The app is designed to support the youth, individuals, students, and businesses with resources needed to excel in their careers, improve their general health, provide networking opportunities and to connect socially.
Learners To Leaders Workshop - L2L
Learners to Leaders, also known as L2L is a training program by Connect Trade Network- CTN in collaboration with other firms to equip the youth with basic Information & Communication Technology skills
Investment opportunities
CTN® board ensures that members come into direct contact and communication with investors from different industries globally by hosting the incubator idea pitching competition. This gives selected startups the opportunity to pitch their businesses to potential investors.
Advertisement Opportunities
Members of CTN® get firsthand placement during advertisement opportunities at event, booth purchase and other marketing services.
Database
All members with good standing have access to our database with list of businesses and the services they provide.
Networking Opportunities
CTN creates an avenue for different start-ups and youth to connect through our various well-designed programs.
Tech Hub
The tech hub is an open space for technological innovations and idea sharing. It gives participants the platform to display their I.T skills to potential investors and employers.
